This game is in good condition. It comes with an unoriginal case but the original front cover, manual, disc, and disc tray. The case has no cracks and there is a random cover on the back which is not the game cover. The manual is in perfect mint condition.
All conditions marked as 'Disc Only' will include the disc only and a blank DVD case.
