Refund Policy – Cash for Games

At Cash for Games, we prioritize you being happy with your purchase. Below are our policies for returning items that are faulty or not what you were wanting. If you are eligible for a refund, please email cashforgamesnz@gmail.com to start a refund process.

Returning faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

  • If a game is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or missing parts, we will start the refund process immediately.

  • Contact us within 30 days of purchase with your order number, name, and faulty/damaged product title.

  • We will refund the return shipping cost, the original shipping fee, and the full price of the faulty product to the original payment method.
  • You will receive an automatic email with a refund amount once we receive and inspect the faulty product.

  • Note: Games sold that were described with faults or damages will not be eligible for a refund under 'Returning faulty, damaged, or incorrect items'.

  • If the price of a product you paid for was discounted, the discounted amount will be refunded to you.

Returning non-faulty items.

  • If you change your mind about a purchase, please contact us as soon as possible to request a refund.

  • If the order has not been dispatched we can refund you the shipping fee. If the
    order has been sent we will not be able to refund the shipping fee.

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. A refund will be processed once we receive and inspect the item.

  • If you are in Christchurch you can return an item to us in person, please contact us for more information.

  • Games purchased with store credit are non-refundable unless they are faulty.
