The case has a large crack on the front and the front cover has yellow strips of tape on the back at the top and bottom. The disc has some pen marks and both sides of the case are missing the column that reads the title. This is overall in okay condition.
All conditions marked as 'Disc Only' will include the disc only and a blank DVD case.
