This game does not come with a front cover. It includes the original manual, case, back cover, disc, and disc tray. Everything in mint condition except an extremely minor crack on the back and a very small mark on the corner of the manual at the back.

All conditions marked as 'Disc Only' will include the disc only and a blank DVD case.
